I went to bed last night at 2243 and awoke at 0713. I took my morning pills with a piece of carrot cake shortly thereafter. Shortly after noon, I took some more DUL. I was in mild pain. I am now (1706) at a functioinal pain level and am about to take more DUL and my evening blood pressure medication. I’ve been feeling rather listless and drained for most of the day.
I took Ambien, Elavil, Lisinopril and DUL at 2047 and slept soundly until 0742. I am taking DUL, Abilify, Cymbalta, vitamins, triamterene HCL and Prevacid. I am in a good mood, with just a little ache from haviing slept the whole night in the same position.

I just took Cymbalta, Abilify, Xanax (I did not remember to take it going to sleep), DUL, Calcium Citrate +D, a multivitamin, tiramterene HCL and Prevacid. I had a good night’s sleep (at least 4 hours of it). I do not know what time I went to sleep.

took DUL @ 3 at 2040. Blood pressure 123/71. Took half of a viagra at 2055.
At 1600 took DUL @ 3
Cathy woke me at 0900 so that I could have the stew ready for lunch. Took Vitamins, Triamterene, Cymbalta, Abilify, Prevacid and DUL.
I got caught up in one thing and another and did not get into bed until 0209.I took Ambien, Elavil, and DUL. I think I went to sleep within a minute of pillow-to-head contact.
DUL @ 2. I plan to go to sleep in 1.5 hours.
I’m at a2 (minor pain) and about to take darvocet, ultram and lyrica [DUL].
At 1043, I just took Cymbalta, Abilify, and my pain medications (Lyrica, Ultram and Darvocet). I am feeling negligible pain (1).
