Introduction

I am a mental patient suffering from “treatment resistant bi-polar.” This journal is a place or me to record my daily progress. At some point, I will list my medications, but not just yet. I have created an indexing system for my psychiatric team to use, with special emphasis on sleeping times and medication compliance. Pretty boring stuff, really, unless you happen to be another bi-polar who wants to see what it looks like to really try to document your progress and lack thereof.
